Knowledge Society

In our days, we have all the information in our hands and at the same time we have nothing, by this I mean that just as we have useful and truthful information, we can also be victims of disinformation.

This is why among the disadvantages of knowledge in society is the possible increase of ignorance. However, I do not think that all this knowledge is bad, thanks to this approach with the internet we are able to know different facts from different parts of the world or events in history without having been there, it also gives us the opportunity of free expression and give our opinion on any topic we want, just like what I am doing now.

In addition, in the more theoretical aspects I can summarize that a knowledge society refers to the type of society that is needed to compete and succeed in the face of the economic and political changes of the modern world, a society that can become well educated, and that relies on the knowledge of its citizens to drive innovation, and dynamism in its economy.
